You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data. If we do, you can request:

  • A copy of your personal data.
  • Information about the purposes of processing.
  • Categories of data we hold about you.
  • Recipients who have received your data.

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected. You can also request that incomplete data be completed.

How to exercise: Email us with details of what information is incorrect and what it should be changed to.

3. Right to Erasure (Article 17)

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose.
  • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis.
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding grounds.
  • The data has been unlawfully processed.
  • Deletion is required by law.

How to exercise: Email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify what data you want deleted.

4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)

You can request that we limit how we use your data when:

  • You contest the accuracy of the data.
  • The processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion.
  • We no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims.
  • You have objected to processing pending verification.

How to exercise: Email us explaining why you want processing restricted.

5. Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit this data to another controller.

This right applies when:

  • Processing is based on consent or contract.
  • Processing is carried out by automated means.

How to exercise: Email us with the subject "Data Portability Request" and specify your preferred format (JSON, CSV, etc.).

6. Right to Object (Article 21)

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data when:

  • Processing is based on legitimate interests.
  • Processing is for direct marketing purposes.
  • Processing is for research or statistical purposes.

When you object to direct marketing, we must stop processing immediately.

How to exercise: Email us stating that you object to processing and explain your grounds for objection.

7. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making (Article 22)

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. We do not currently use automated decision-making that falls under this provision.
